Your IP: You retain ownership of your store’s content. By uploading it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Services.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers). You are responsible for complying with their terms and fees. We are not liable for third-party service performance or issues.
By You: You may cancel your account at any time via the Platform or by contacting us. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods unless required by law.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your store data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salesbotics.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for your specific needs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dhaka, except for small claims court matters or injunctive relief.
